Maralong Milling is an independent HACCP accredited miller specialising in soybean and mung bean products and the cleaning and grading of seed marketed in domestic and international markets. The focus of the firm is the production of full fat enzyme active soybean flour and kibbled soybean, produced from Australian NON-GMO soybeans and mung bean kibble from Australian mung beans. Maralong Milling also produces ready made grain premixes for use in bread manufacture. Maralong Milling has access to a wide range of experienced growers to ensure a quality end product.

Maralong Milling has full traceability of their products through their HACCP program. The milling operation is overseen by a team of very experienced and qualified flour millers. All staff undertake regular on the job training enabling them to be competent in all facets of the operation. Maralong Milling’s seed cleaning and grading operation processes a wide variety of grains including soybeans, wheat, sorghum, mung beans and chick peas.
